Family Nurse Practitioner

Family Nurse Practitioner (Full Time)

Alliance Medical Practice is looking to add another Midlevel Provider to our team. We have expertise in treating the entire family, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Providing acute illness, injury, primary care, continuing health services, pediatrics, and cardiology services.

We provide a truly collegial atmosphere (long standing team) within a provider owned and run medical group, offering a full-range of benefits to include medical, dental, vision, professional expense reimbursement, CME, and an incentive bonus structure.

This is strictly an outpatient position, with NO OB or inpatient medicine, seeing a wide range of patients in a Family Practice / Urgent Care setting.

Our clinic has onsite lab, x-ray, ultrasound, cardiac stress, and multiple procedure rooms offering full scope medicine opportunities.

We contract mainly with private third-party payors and provide evidenced based patient care while actively participating as a Patient Centered Medical Home.

Schedule: 4 day/ 10 hr work week

Mon: 8-6 (*off)

Tu: 8-6:20

Wed: 8-6

Th: 9-7 (close)

Fri: OFF

Sat (* rotating Saturday schedule 8am-3pm every 6 weeks * if work Saturday then have the respective Monday in that work week OFF)

OFF – Clinic closed all Sunday’s and major holidays.

Patient Technician

Summary: Assists in a clinical capacity with clinic preparations and patient documentation to support patient centered care in an ambulatory practice setting as part of a collaborative team.


Essential Job duties:

- Carry out clinical tasks as directed by the physician or provider team by taking medical histories, recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, preparing patients for examination, and assisting the physician during examinations.

- Accomplish technical procedures as assigned/delegated: ECG’s, minor surgical interventions, administer injections, establishing IV access, collecting specimens, phlebotomy and other lab assignments.

- Will perform minor administrative duties (patient call backs), and assist with minor upkeep of the clinic: keeping patient rooms clean, stocked, orderly, etc.

- Requires critical thinking skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.


Qualifications: EMT- B (+IV or phlebotomy certification), Medical Assisting certificate, military, or related experience + college degree.

X-Ray Tech Job duties:


Responsible for obtaining x-rays as ordered by the clinic's providers by following established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.

Will assume responsibility of departmental quality assurance programs through equipment care and maintenance. In collaboration with conducting radiologic imaging; will participate with supportive ancillary administrative duties directly related to patient care as part of the collaborative team.

The ideal X-Ray Technologist job candidate:

Nurse Case Manager

Summary: Assists in a clinical administrative capacity through document handling, patient phone triage, and direct 3rd party vendor relations as a health care liaison to ensure that patients receive the care they need in order to close the loop to care.


Essential Job duties: (including, but not limited to) Monitor delivery of care by participating in the completion of document handling, phone triage, identifying progress toward desired care outcomes; intervening to overcome deviations in the plan of care; interact with involved departments to negotiate and expedite scheduling and completion of tests, procedures, and consults; maintain close communication with the providers and discuss care plans. Knowledge of medical conditions, medications, lab panel values, referral coordination, and other health topics one would experience in the Family Practice arena desired.


Qualifications: Licensed LPN or LVN with *1 year* of previous ambulatory care and/or case management experience preferred.
