We are looking for a Board-Certified Family Practitioner to our growing team. We have been voted Colorado Springs Best Practices - Voted Top Doctor in Colorado Springs for 12 years in a row.
We provide a collegial atmosphere within a provider owned and run medical group, offering a full-range of benefits to include medical, dental, vision, professional expense reimbursement, CME, and an incentive bonus structure.
This is strictly an outpatient position, with No OB or inpatient medicine, seeing a wide range of patients from children to older adults with some Urgent Care. Our clinic has onsite lab, x-ray, ultrasound, cardiac stress, and multiple procedure rooms offering full scope medicine opportunities. We contract with both third party and government payors to provide evidenced based patient care while actively participating as a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Schedule is structured on consistent four 10-hr days per week.
Sample schedule:
Monday - 9:20-7:20 (lunch 1-2)
Tuesday - OFF
Wednesday – 8-6 (lunch 1-2
Thursday 8-6:20 (lunch 1-2)
Friday 8-6 (lunch 1-2)
(And a 6-week rotational Saturday shift - if work Saturday 8-3 then off prior Monday)

We are looking to add a new Mid-level Provider to our growing team surrounding the clinic’s mission of providing compassionate, family-focused health care services, committed to partnering with patients for achievement of optimal health and wellness goals. This is strictly a Family Practice and Urgent Care outpatient position. With No OB or inpatient medicine, seeing a wide range of patients from children to older adults with procedure opportunities and some Urgent Care.
Our clinic has onsite lab, x-ray, ultrasound, cardiac stress, and multiple procedure rooms offering full scope medicine opportunities. We contract with both third party and government payors to provide evidenced based patient care while actively participating as a Patient Centered Medical Home.

Qualifications: unrestricted CO license certified in Physician Assistant studies or Family Nurse Practitioner. Active DEA. Active BLS-ACLS.

The perfect candidate: Supports our mission and values. Be a person of good moral and ethical character. Will have prior clinical experience (to include acute, wellness, and chronic care) or medical administration experience. Can work 10 hr schedule duty days around our hours of operation. Be consistently on time and present to the scheduled shifts. Can work with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Possess knowledge of business office procedures. Possess strong communication skills (in person or over the phone). Have knowledge of computer systems / accurate typing with moderate speed required (50 wpm). Possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public. Can communicate fluidly with patients and staff in English. Is well organized and detail-oriented. Can multi task, complete assigned tasks as indicated under essential job duties, and work as a team. Is highly motivated and intellectually curious.
